​​SHIPPING POLICY

Usually, we ship orders within 48 hours from the time order was placed, except  Public Holiday. In situation (which rarely happens) where preparation of item/stock availability takes time beyond 48 hours, will be intimated to the customer.

Post Dispatch, deliveries are done across Coimbatore city within 1 Working Days & please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control! We shall keep you posted during such events.

All prices are inclusive of GST & Packaging is charged extra. In the case where the shipping cost is applicable, it shall be shown at the time of checkout and consumers will know about this before making payments.

We're all about tasting at Usha's Caterers.

And it's possible you're going to taste one of our products and not love it (though we try really, really hard to make sure that's not the case). We're so sorry, but we can't take something back just because you don't like the taste.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with quality assurance from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned brand manufacturer mentioned on the package or let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same.

We can only offer returns if a package was damaged during the shipping process or if the products are spoiled. In this case, please contact us at 9995753614 within 24 hours of delivery of the product.
